Kevin was embarking on a world tour and making his first visit to South Africa. He wanted to make the most of his trip from a personal, cultural and business perspective and to challenge his preconceived notions about Africa.
We were hired to produce content for Kevin’s upcoming movie based on his global tour for 2015-2016 and open his eyes to the opportunities that existed for his brand on the continent.
Was to introduce Kevin to the top destinations, cultural and lifestyles of the country while connecting him to business opportunities within SA.
We also gave him the landscape of the continent around mobile technology and how he can leverage his brand to over 1.1B using mobile technology across the continent.
The shift was taking a Hollywood icon who had an outdated perception of the continent and show him what 21st Century Africa had to offer to his brand. He walked away wanting to tour and engage Africa and act as an ambassador of the new Africa he had experienced.
