Colin Gayle
Founder & CEO
Colin Gayle is an entertainment industry executive with over 25 years of diverse entertainment experience as a manager, TV producer, event producer and booking agent. Having worked on the continent for over 20 years, Colin is an expert on the intersection between Africa and the U.S. He has advised multiple media and entertainment conglomerates on opportunities for sports, technology and entertainment engagement on the continent.

Kevin Boakye
Co-Founder & CFO
Kevin Boakye is an investment executive with 15 years experience in private equity and investment banking, executing over $1 billion in transactions across technology, media, consumer, and healthcare sectors. He focuses on Africa’s creative economy and its global potential, translating creative vision into scalable business models. Kevin partners with creators and cultural entrepreneurs to build ventures that connect innovation with international opportunities. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from Dartmouth College.

Formerly Head of Urban Publicity at Interscope Geffen A&M, she led high-impact campaigns for globally influential artists. Beginning her career at Columbia Records, she built a strong foundation in artist development and media strategy. As Co-Founder & COO, she oversees operations, partnerships, talent development, and ACA’s Film & Television division, creating global opportunities for African storytellers.
Yvette Davis Gayle brings over 30 years of experience in media and entertainment to Africa Creative Agency. Roger L. Patton

Roger L. Patton is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. A former business and legal affairs executive for the Music division of Warner Bros., Roger has over 30 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex music agreements. He serves as Head of Global Business Development and General Counsel for Africa Creative Agency, based in the Los Angeles office.

Joel Rao draws from a deep digital marketing experience and business solutions development to fuel all-encompassing marketing, entertainment and communication initiatives across the globe. A believer in creating practical solutions to complex challenges through digital technology, Joel is regarded as the modern “Digital Mad Man.” He has garnered a number of awards, including eCommerce Agency of the Year, Top 25 Men in Digital, MSK Digital Agency of the Year, and The MMA Smarties award.

Jade Kelly is a dynamic music industry professional passionate about African music. She began in journalism before transitioning into talent management in 2021. In 2022, she joined Apple Music, leading partnerships across Africa and serving as a key contact for labels. Additionally, Jade facilitated Africa Now Radio, a weekly show that highlights the best in African music, further solidifying her influence in the industry. In 2025, she became Partner and Head of Music & Culture at Africa Creative Agency, focusing on talent development and global expansion.
