Tiyane is a seasoned award-winning and multi-nominated SAFTA (South African Film & Television Award) nominee for Best Achievement in Cinematography. He is also the youngest cinematographer to be given a seat at the SASC (South African Society of Cinematographers) Guild. 

Through his vast experiences as a Director of Photography, Tiyane has conquered the art of filmmaking and can tell the story through his well-accomplished mastery. His experience on sets, large and small, has built his character for being diligent and calm through production challenges, which has earned him a work ethic of superior calibre. 

Tiyane is highly skilled in the camera work and lighting techniques front, he also understands how crucial his role is on the production at hand, he also understands what working with different people is like and the pressures of productions big and small, through his experiences as a Director of Photography, he knows how to enhance certain aspects of film making and tell the story through the artistic and technical decisions he makes regarding lighting and camera work.
